How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select size, color, and quantity (single or bundle), then click Add to Cart. Review your cart and hit Checkout, enter your shipping details, choose your payment method, and place your order. -
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay via Cash on Delivery, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer. At checkout, Cash on Delivery is selected by default—just switch to your preferred digital option before placing your order. -
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Mon – Fri). Delivery across Pakistan takes 3 – 5 business days. We don’t process shipments on weekends, so orders placed Fri evening–Sun ship first thing Monday. -
How can I track my shipment?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS as soon as your order ships. Enter that number on the courier’s site (TCS or Leopard) for live updates. -
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your parcel doesn’t arrive within 7 business days of dispatch, or if it arrives damaged, let us know within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the courier to locate your order or send a replacement at no extra cost. -
Can I exchange my bra for a different size or color?
Yes! You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we don’t accept outright returns, but we’ll gladly swap your bra for a size or color that fits better. -
What if I’m between sizes?
Measure your bust and under‑bust and compare with our Size Guide. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for extra comfort.
